Store Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy

Misty’s Door Bling currently only ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S.

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipments, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Misty’s Door Bling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange past the 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for return shipping.  If the item you are returning is over $75, it is highly recommended to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.  Return items lost during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer to track and file a lost package claim.

Gift cards, sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

When items are received back in the same condition as sent, an email will be sent to you advising of the refund amount.  Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.  Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used at purchase within 30 days.  Refunds cannot be applied to a different payment method.

Exchange Policy

We will only replace items if they are defective or incorrect due to fault of Misty’s Door Bling. If you need to exchange it for the item listed on your order, send us an email at mistysdoorbling@gmail.com and you will be sent instructions on how to return the item for an exchange. We will not exchange items listed on your order for other items, not listed on your order.
